Fronius International is an Austrian photovoltaic manufacturer that has been in business for over 75 years.

Fronius has a reputation for producing high-quality inverters, that are widely used and highly regarded in residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations across Australia. 

Fronius inverters are designed with sustainability in mind.

The company uses more than 90% recycled aluminum in the aluminum heat-sink of its inverters. Fronius Gen 24 range also has a modular design that allows for easy replacement of parts in the field without shipping the whole unit to Fronius for repairs, whilst also offering a higher service lifetime.  

The Fronius Solar Energy business unit has been involved in photovoltaics since 1992 and develops and produces high-performance inverters for grid-connected photovoltaic systems from 1 kW upwards. The product range is complemented by components for system monitoring, data visualisation and analysis - all available as standalone product add-ons.

With CEC (Clean Energy Council) approval across the range, they are also compliant with AS4777.2:2015.

Fronius inverters are recognised as high performing inverters with higher rate of self-consumption, intelligent control of energy flows and limiting energy export to the grid.
