Shipping is FREE on most orders to customers within Australia.

However, some products are very heavy or awkward and require specialised transport. Australia is a large country with remote destinations and changing conditions
For Large or heavy Items requiring shipping on pallets, unloading facilities such as an onsite forklift are required and applies to all locations.
Hand unloading is generally not permitted for heavy items or multiple products packed on a pallet or skid.
Pricing for these products shipped to Residential or Regional Locations will be quoted including any additional shipping charges.
If unloading facilities are not available, a tailgate lift truck will be specified at extra cost. Alternatively, we can ship to a nearby freight depot for customer collection by prior arrangement.

Due to the fragile nature and awkward shape of glass fronted solar panels, shipping these products can be tricky.
Prior to placing orders for Solar Panels, please contact us to determine the appropriate shipping method to ensure safe, cost -effective delivery.
Handling time is typically 1-3 business days and Transit Time 2-4 business days to most Capital Cities and surrounding areas. Since our products often ship directly from manufacturers and/or different distribution centres around the country, some orders may arrive in separate deliveries.

In the unlikely event a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, the customer will be notified as soon as possible prior to processing payment. The option will be offered to either proceed with the order based on the estimated delivery time, or cancel the order if unsatisfactory.
Goods are to be inspected upon delivery and orders are deemed to be fulfilled with items received in good order and at the quantities required, unless notified within 7 days.
