The Jinko Tiger Neo III 510W JKM510N-51QL6-DV puts 510 watts into a single panel, so you reach the system size you want with fewer panels on the roof.
It suits homes, businesses and off-grid systems where you want strong output per panel and less hardware to mount.

Each panel packs 204 N-type cells behind two sheets of glass, which lifts output to 510W at 23.60% efficiency. Fewer panels for the same system size means fewer mounts, fewer connections and less time on the roof.

Glass on both sides is the reason this panel lasts. There is no plastic backsheet to yellow, crack or let moisture in, and the sealed edges hold up to salt air, humidity and heat far better than a standard panel. Jinko backs it with a 25 year product warranty and a 30 year power warranty, and rates it to still be making 88.85% of its original output after 30 years.

Clean Energy Council (CEC) Approved Product: What's This?

Important Notice
Due to the fragile nature and awkward shape of glass-fronted solar panels, freight conditions can vary and will usually ship on pallets. Free delivery applies to a minimum order of 3 panels to Metro Business Addresses with unloading facilities. Residential and remote/regional addresses may incur additional charges, such as trucks using tailgate platforms.

Please Contact Us before placing an order to determine the appropriate shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Main Features

510W Per Panel: a full size 1906 x 1134 mm module, so a 6.6kW system takes 13 panels instead of the 14 you would need at 475W, which means less racking, fewer connections and less time on the roof.

N-Type TOPCon Cells: Jinko's newest cell design produces more power per square metre and loses less of it over the years than the older P-type panels still common on the market.

Glass On Both Sides: two 1.6 mm sheets of glass replace the usual plastic backing, which keeps moisture out and resists the salt, heat and UV that age a panel early.

Holds Output When It Gets Hot: a -0.26% per degree power coefficient means the panel gives up less output on a 40 degree Australian summer day than most panels on the market.

Keeps Working in Poor Light: the cell structure is built to keep producing through cloud cover and in the early morning and late afternoon, when a lot of household power gets used.

Built for Rough Weather: certified to 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the back, so it stands up to heavy wind and snow loading.

25 and 30 Year Warranties: 25 years on the product itself and 30 years on power output, with only a 1% drop in the first year and 0.35% a year after that.

CEC Approved for Rebates: listed on the Clean Energy Council approved modules register, so the panel is eligible for STC rebates on an accredited install.

What This Solves

Too Many Panels To Fit: 510W a panel gets you to the system size you want with fewer modules, fewer mounts and fewer connections to make.

Panels That Fade Early: dual glass and N-type cells hold their output for decades instead of dropping away after ten years.

Hot Weather Losses: better heat performance means you keep more of your power on the days the air conditioner is running hardest.

Coastal and Humid Sites: no plastic backsheet to break down, so the panel suits beachside, tropical and high humidity locations.

Rebate Eligibility: CEC approval is current and checked, so there are no surprises at claim time.
