The Deye SUN-20K-SG05LP3-AU-SM2 is the largest inverter in the SG05LP3 range, with 20kW of three phase output running on affordable 48V batteries.
This is the 20kW model. If 20kW is more than the site needs, there is also a 15kW version built on the same platform.
Built for heavier three phase sites: up to 40,000W of panels, 350A of charge and discharge current, and two battery inputs so a large bank can be split across them. Clean Energy Council approved and backed by a 10 year Australian warranty.

Where this one fits
20kW suits a site with real three phase load behind it. A small commercial premises, a packing shed, a workshop running machinery through the day, or a large rural property with several buildings on the one supply.
At this size most inverters push you toward a high voltage battery stack, which costs more and limits which brands you can use. This one runs on standard 48V modules, so a system at commercial scale can be built with storage that is easy to source and straightforward to expand later.

Why it pays on a working site
On most commercial sites the load is heaviest during daylight, which is exactly when the array is producing. Solar covers the site first, the surplus charges the battery, and only what is left after that is exported.
The stored energy then carries the evening and overnight load, so less of what the site uses is bought back from the grid at retail rates.
When the power goes out
A 70A automatic transfer switch is built in, enough to keep a substantial part of the site running rather than a token backup circuit. It changes over on its own, with no one needing to be there.
A dedicated 24A generator input is provided for longer outages, and a generator can run the site and charge the battery at the same time.

Adding a second array
The inverter can AC couple to micro inverters or to an existing grid tied system, so another array can go on a separate building without long DC runs back to the inverter. That is often the practical option on a site with several roofs.

Approved for Australian sites
Approved by the Clean Energy Council and built to AS/NZS 4777.2, so it can be signed off by your installer and counted toward government incentive schemes. IP65 rated for outdoor mounting.

Your site needs a three phase supply for this inverter, and it must be installed and connected to the grid by an SAA accredited installer. To store energy you also need compatible 48V batteries, bought separately. 20kW is the largest in this range, so if the load is lighter the 15kW model may suit you better.
