The ZJ BENY BB1-63 2P is a 600 V DC miniature circuit breaker (MCB) built for overload and short circuit protection in solar PV and battery systems.
This is the 2 pole version, rated 600 V DC and available in 10 A, 16 A, 20 A, 40 A and 63 A. It clips onto standard 35 mm DIN rail, and because it is non polarised it works whichever way round you wire it.
Certified to IEC 60947-2 with a 6 kA breaking capacity, the BB1-63 gives you dependable DC isolation and fault protection in solar combiner boxes, battery circuits and DC distribution boards.
Main Features
600 V DC Rated: Purpose built for DC, suitable for solar strings, battery banks and DC distribution.
Non Polarised: Wire it either way round. There is no input or output side to get right, which removes a common wiring mistake on site.
6 kA Breaking Capacity: It can safely cut a fault of up to 6,000 amps, and it keeps that full rating afterwards rather than dropping to a lower one.
Thermal Magnetic Tripping: C curve as standard, giving overload and short circuit protection plus reverse current protection.
Wide Temperature Range: Rated for continuous operation from minus 40 to plus 80 degrees C.
