The Sungrow SH10T is a 10kW three phase hybrid inverter for homes that want a large solar array and full backup, with room for up to 20kW of panels. The Sungrow EnergyBridge in the box adds whole home backup without a separate changeover switch.
Replaces the Sungrow SH10RT-ADA in our range.
It discharges a compatible high voltage battery at up to 10kW and delivers 15,000VA for 10 seconds in backup mode to cover short surges. Arc fault protection (AFCI) and IP65 and C5 ratings suit indoor or outdoor installs. The EnergyBridge ships in the box: it clips into your switchboard, isolates your home from the grid in 10 ms or less during a blackout, and switches back automatically about 60 seconds after the grid returns.
Main Features:
Sungrow EnergyBridge Included: This inverter ships with the Sungrow EnergyBridge (EB80T), a compact 80A unit that clips onto a standard DIN rail in your switchboard. It does the job of a changeover switch, circuit breaker, energy meter, bypass switch and CT in one, so it frees up switchboard space and cuts installation time.
Whole Home Backup: Paired with this inverter, the EnergyBridge can back up your whole home, not just a few selected circuits. If the grid goes down, it separates your home from the grid in 10 ms or less and keeps it running on solar and battery. When grid power returns, it switches back automatically after about 60 seconds. What runs during an outage still has to fit within the inverter's backup output.
Install It Where It Suits: The EnergyBridge links to the inverter with a shielded Cat6 cable up to 100 m long, so the inverter and battery do not have to sit next to the switchboard.
Works With Your Existing Solar: Already have another brand of solar inverter? The EnergyBridge has inputs for optional extra CTs that measure its output, so your whole system shows in the iSolarCloud app.
Full Three Phase Backup: A built-in 63A bypass and a 10 ms seamless switch support whole home backup, and each phase can be loaded independently in both backup and grid mode.
Peak Power For Surges: Up to 15,000 VA for 10 seconds in backup mode, when solar and battery power allow.
Fast Battery Charging: 50A charge and discharge current with compatible high voltage batteries (100V to 700V), charging at up to 15,000 W and discharging at up to 10,000 W.
Room For More Solar: 2 MPPT inputs taking up to 16A per string and up to 20,000 Wp of panels, twice the inverter's rating.
High Efficiency: Up to 98.0% maximum efficiency (97.5% European weighted).
Safe And Durable: Arc fault protection (AFCI), IP65 weatherproofing and a C5 corrosion rating for indoor or outdoor installation.
Quiet Operation: Natural cooling with no fan, at a typical 35 dB(A).
