How do I claim STC rebates and incentives on my system?

Already Purchased Components From Us Online?

You can still qualify for solar incentives under the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) — specifically through STCs (Small-scale Technology Certificates) — even if you’ve purchased your components separately.

Is your system eligible for STC incentives?

Your solar panels, inverter and battery must be CEC-approved.

  • The system must be fully operational and compliant
  • STCs must be claimed within 12 months of installation

Design and Installation must be performed by a SAA-accredited professionals following:

1. AS/NZS 5033:2021
Installation and safety requirements for photovoltaic (PV) arrays

2. AS/NZS 4777.1:2016
Grid connection of energy systems via inverters – Installation requirements

3. AS/NZS 4777.2:2020
Grid connection of energy systems via inverters – Inverter requirements

4. AS/NZS 3000:2018
Electrical installations (Wiring Rules)

5. AS/NZS 4509.1
Stand-alone power systems – Safety and installation (for off-grid systems)

6. AS/NZS 61439.1 & 61439.2
Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies (for custom switchboards)

7. IEC 62109 series
Safety of power converters for use in photovoltaic systems (used with AS/NZS 4777.2)

8. AS/NZS 1768
Lightning protection (if required by site conditions)
